iPhone 6 to Available in Multiple Variants?

AppleInsider’s Neil Hughes says he expects that the seventh generation iPhone would be available in different screen sizes.
He points out that Samsung, the world’s top smartphone seller, has found success with phones of different screen sizes.
Apple releases only one new iPhone each year, with the first five models each having a 3.5-inch screen and last year’s iPhone 5 having a 4-inch screen. Apple did depart from the one-year product cycle for the iPad last year and had iPad’s with multiple screens by releasing in November a full-sized iPad and 7.9-inch iPad mini barely seven months after unveiling the third-generation iPad.
Somewhat backing the reports of multiple models, Taiwanese paper DigiTimes, citing industry sources, claims that Apple is readying a high-end iPhone 6, as well as a cheaper version that would be available in emerging markets. The current-generation iPhone is a pricey device, coming in at $649 without a contract and $199 on a two-year contract with carriers.
Current iPhones are available in black and white but the next smartphone devices would come in various colors, according to Topeka Capital Markets’ Brian White.
